Durham Pro Plumbing started more than 15 years ago when our founder — a licensed plumber with a decade already under his belt — got tired of watching homeowners get burned by companies that showed up late, quoted low, and charged high. He wanted to build something different. So he did.
We didn't grow on advertising. We grew on word of mouth. A neighbour tells a neighbour. A satisfied customer leaves a review. A property manager who called us once keeps calling us back. That's the only kind of growth we've ever wanted — the kind you earn.
Today, we're a team of 8 licensed plumbers and apprentices operating out of Whitby and covering the entire Durham Region. From Pickering to Bowmanville, from Uxbridge down to Scarborough — we're on the road every day, fixing real problems for real people.
Our philosophy hasn't changed: show up on time, quote honestly, do the work right, and clean up after yourself. That's it. There's no secret. There's no magic formula. It's just what a good trade company looks like.
Every plumber on our team is fully licensed and insured. Every job comes with a written warranty. And every call — day or night, weekend or holiday — gets answered by a real person. Because that's what you'd want if your basement was flooding at midnight.
