How quickly can you come out?+
Same-day service is available for most non-emergency calls. For emergency calls — burst pipes, flooding, sewage backup — we target 45–60 minutes response time across Durham Region. We answer every call 24/7, no voicemail.
Do you give free estimates?+
Yes — all quotes are completely free. Our plumber will come out, assess the problem, and give you a clear written price before any work begins. No obligation, no pressure. If you say no, you owe us nothing.
Are your plumbers licensed?+
Every plumber on our team is a licensed journeyman or Red Seal certified. We carry full liability insurance and WSIB coverage on every job. You can ask to see our credentials any time — we're happy to show them.
Do you charge extra for weekends?+
No weekend surcharges. We charge the same rate 7 days a week. A Saturday call costs the same as a Tuesday call. Emergency response after hours is the same rate too — no surprise fees.
